From Japan
Wow I haven't updated this blog such a long time! Hope there are still someone reading it...
So many things happened last few months - I went to France for a whole summer, came back to Japan and started working at IT company (I found the job 2 weeks after I arrived, thanks to Japanese economy and my English). Since then it has been hectic though, I'm going to write about my stay in Japan whenever I have time. (here im using this word intentionally, since I will be back in Europe in 2007!)
Stay tuned!xxx

reunion

Yey!Jan came to visit me all the way from Finland with cute presents:)
He is going to stay for a couple days, and we are going to Pinkpop together!!
It's funny that on the very same day Dan is visiting Maja in Finland. Two reunions in the Netherlands and Finland. I wish we all could do it together sometime soon.(And of course Toby and Janni, too!)
My another reunion in Amsterdam will also be in coming few weeks. It is always nice to see old friends, since it reminds me feeling and thoughts I had that time.
By the way....In Amsterdam, two guys extorted his money. I know it could be happened everywhere though, Amsterdam is not safe at all...

Management Class

This semester, I had to take a management course as an elective. The text book was full of Japanese companies' business model, and it made me feel a little little bit patriotic:P
However, what really drew my attention in the class was actually Scandinavian companies:Nokia, Tetra Pak, Maersk Sealand, and of course IKEA, which finally entered Japanese market this April.
Check it out this article about IKEA!
Not only IKEA, it seems quite number of companies (ING, Gucci, Heineken, ABN and Philips etc) are taking advantage of this Dutch NPO system stichting.
Interesting.

Football Football Football

Champions League is over!!
Are you ready for World Cup!?!?
Some of you might know, Japan is Group A with Brazil, Croatia, and Australia. Well, it's quite obvious that we cannot be top 2 in this group. (Even worrying the game against AUS)
...SO
I decided to make a portfolio of teams which I'm going to support during World Cup.
Brazil:
Awwww this is always my most favourite team. And you know my affection towards Ronaldinho:)
France:
I want Zidane to get Cup for his final job. He has been such a good player for a long time...Wanna see his super play like European Cup game against England. (And I like Henry, too...)
Netherlands:
Two years in this country is enough to have "hometown feeling", isn't it?
Trinidad and Tobago:
This is Chad's country! Actually my Dutch friend told me today that their team has Dutch coach :)
Awwww I cannot wait June 9th!
P.S.
This is Ads on MTV Netherlands. It has another version and both quite fun.
