I might be on TV....
Guess what!? I got a street interview for TV this afternoon!!
It happened like this: I was heading to my favourite cafe since weather was too good to stay in. On the way, I had to hopped off my bike and push because of "pedestrians only street" - WITHOUT NOTICE the TV guys sneakly following me....
When they started talking to me in Dutch "Excuse me lady.....(D U T C H !)", I immediately replied as usual "sorry I don't speak Dutch....". But they didn't care...The interviewer switched to the perfect English (I wonder why 90% of Dutch can speak such a good English, while Japanese are sth like 10%.....) Anyway, they started over again.... " How do you think about drug policy in the Netherlands?? Do you know every year millions ppl are coming from everywhere...Germany, France, Belgium for marijuana...How do you think about it?? Do you smoke? ".....
You know, I DO speak English- well, maybe ENGRISH.
But seriously! I cannot speak properly if the camera is zooming up my facial pore from a meter away!!!!! Besides, it's SUPPOSED to be illegal for Japanese even to ENTER the coffeeshop.
Clever girl. I thought about this in zero-comma second speed and told them that I do not go to coffeeshop. They looked soooo disappointed....hehehe
I just wish that they are not from Net5 or sth.....what a bad luck!

What a funny story !!
Such a thing never happened to me and I'm glad for it. However I can imagine how it must feel to be in such position, knowing that each of the words you say, and each single move is being recorded and then shown to the whole country (or even maybe more..).
Anyway, right now, I just wish I could receive dutch tv channels so that I can check this out.. At least, for once people will have opportunity to see a cute girl on tv..

dun know why, but ppl asking me A LOT on the st. where is the best coffeeshop in this city....
I mean, DO I LOOK LIKE smoker??? I thought...i look innocent...;-P kidding
